We found a car on line that was just listed and what we were looking for. When we went to meet Tom at his location he couldn’t of been nicer. We agreed upon a price and took the car home that day. Total transaction time was 2 1/2 hours. For the State Inspection The vehicle ended up needing some brakes and a battery. Tom replaced everything and then delivered it back to us 55 miles away. It is rare when you find a great ethical business these days. Tom did right by our daughter when the check engine light came on shortly after she left the lot with her new used car. Tom ran the diagnostics and took it to the dealer to get fixed. Spent all his profits on it, I'm sure.... but he did the right thing. Thank you, Tom! I would recommend Top Tier to anyone!

I bought a 2015 RAM 1500 from Tom 3 months ago and had an excellent experience. I did have a small issue after a few weeks with a CV Axle leaking grease and Tom replaced the part within 48 hours- no questions asked. Tom runs the business himself from top to bottom, from working on the vehicles to helping with the sales and financing process, he does it all and he does it right. Tom is a small business owner not a salesman, you will not have a better car buying experience anywhere else. Why is working with Tom better than other dealerships? Because he has values that he stands by (honesty, pride, integrity)! The fact that he served in the armed forces for many years probably has something to do with this! If you have a choice between Tom and someone else, go with Tom!
